Since then...

Since my first day it has been a bit of a struggle just to stay motivated, but having a partner has made it so much easier. (Thanks babe!) The diet is difficult for those of us who are carb addicts because even though it is far from the adkins diet it is very carb limiting. I have some days that I still feel sluggish and would rather just sleep (mostly because of getting up and down with a 2 month old and going to school full time), but just hitting play every day and keeping with the nutrition plan is doable. You don't have to be hungry either. An average day for me (when I eat when I am supposed to) would include a breakfast of either a scramble with egg whites, turkey bacon, some onions and peppers, maybe some spinach and tomatoes, and some low fat cheddar cheese (a full plate) or some whole wheat english muffins with egg whites, cheese and turkey sausage. The hardest part of that is cooking all of the meals. The work outs are going great, getting better and I am able to do more each time. The Ab Ripper X is NUTS! Despite the severe lack of sleep I am getting more and more energy and feel much better when I am working out than when I miss one.  I did my one month tape today and will take my pic tonight and post that tomorrow. As of today my stats were...
Weight: 165.2
Body Fat: 36%
Chest: 30 3/8 in
Waist: 35 in
Hips: 40 1/2 in
R. Thigh: 23 3/4 in
L. Thigh: 23 1/2 in
R. Arm: 13 1/2 in
L. Arm: 13 1/2 in
